Morning at Hotel Zamora
The day begins with soft sunlight streaming through your window at Hotel Zamora. You pull back the curtains to reveal a stunning coastal view, take a deep breath of salty air, and ease into the morning. After getting ready, you head upstairs because breakfast at Azura is calling.
Breakfast
You wake up craving something sweet, so you order the Banana Foster French Toast: fluffy brioche layered with salted walnuts, dark rum caramel, and banana cream pudding. It’s indulgent in the best way. To balance things out, you add eggs and bacon on the side for a protein boost before a full day of coastal adventures.
Midday Adventures

Keeping with the Mediterranean theme, you order the Gyro, piled high with tender grilled beef and lamb, romaine, tomato, English cucumber, pickled shallots, crumbled feta, and tzatziki, all wrapped in warm roasted garlic naan. Satisfying, flavorful, and exactly what you earned after a morning on the water.
Poolside Pause
After lunch, it’s time to slow things down. You head back to the Hotel Zamora tanning deck for a little sun, a few refreshing dips in the pool, and some quiet time in the poolside lounges with a good book. Before you know it, golden hour is approaching (and so is cocktail hour).
Happy Hour on Azura’s Rooftop
You slip into your most tropical outfit and make your way to Azura’s rooftop. The sun begins to dip, the music picks up, and the sky glows with coastal color. With sweeping views of both the Gulf and the Intracoastal Waterway, you order an Aperol Spritz: bright, bubbly, and perfectly matched to the sunset.
Dinner
As evening settles in, you head back downstairs to your table at Azura. Dinner starts with Shrimp al Ajillo, rich with garlic, parsley, and cayenne paprika oil. For your entrée, the Halibut steals the show, served over tomato-feta couscous and crisp haricot verts, finished with olive tapenade and a bold red pepper sauce that dances across the plate. Every bite is savored. But dessert? Non-negotiable.
Dessert
You end the day with the Chocolate Trilogy: three decadent layers of chocolate balanced with bright raspberry sauce. It’s the perfect shareable finale to a full day of coastal indulgence.
